For the price and speed at which it's made, the food here is amazing 👏
Highly recommend the Beef Chow Fun and BBQ Pork Buns as they had incredibly rich flavors and the portions served were enough to share between two people. If you're looking for something a bit more mild, the Shui Mai is like a smoky albondiga 😋
The restaurant is small but very clean with a pleasant atmosphere, and the staff are all easy-going employees!
The food is high in salt and oils, so to those with diet restrictions...be wary!

I visited Young Dim Sum and had an outstanding dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the customer service was exceptional, thanks to Maggie, who provided excellent service and guidance.
I tried several dishes, each offering a unique and flavorful experience:
- **Shu Mai**: These traditional pork and shrimp dumplings were perfectly steamed and packed with savory goodness.
- **Beef Roll Up Pancakes**: Tender slices of beef wrapped in a flaky, slightly sweet pancake, creating a delightful contrast of textures and flavors.
- **Xia Long Bao**: These soup dumplings were a highlight, with thin, delicate skins encasing a rich, savory broth and tender meat filling.
- **Sichuan Spicy Wonton**: These wontons had just the right amount of heat, balanced by a flavorful sauce that added depth to each bite.
- **Fried Dumplings**: Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, these dumplings were perfectly cooked and incredibly satisfying.

Maggie took the time to explain the menu in detail and taught me how each dish should be paired with different sauces and vinegar to enhance the flavors. Her attention to detail and willingness to ensure I had a great experience made a significant impact on my visit.
